Year 11 parent and carers event

I would like to welcome Year 11 parents and carers and pupils to meet their children’s teachers on Monday 20^th January between 3-4.30pm.  It is important we have the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and predicted end points, and identify if there is any further intervention or support we can put in place.

You will get the chance to see your child’s class work and speak with their teachers about areas of strength and areas to focus on. Year 11 student’s work is of a high standard and you will be impressed by the amount of effort your child puts into their work.

We will also have college representatives at the event to support future steps planning and our SENCO to answer any questions you might have regarding the transition to post-16.

Refreshments will be served and plenty of staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have regarding this important final year at the Meadows.

If you would like support with transport, we will be able to use the school minibus to collect and drop off parents/carers. Please let us know if you would like to be collected.

Some children will need to stay behind at school due to the timings of the event and we can accommodate this.
